What you need to know before you order
Shipping charges are not refundable. Turning away a delivery means you cover the original shipping cost and the return freight back to us. Those amounts come out of any credit we might otherwise issue.
Order handling happens separately from transit time. During high-volume sales events, that handling stage can stretch a little longer than usual.
If your package is marked delivered but missing
When a tracking update shows delivery but the package isn’t in your hands, reach out to us at reply@jackethe.com so we can open a claim. We’ll work alongside the carrier on your behalf through that process.
jackethe doesn’t take on liability for shipments the carrier has confirmed as delivered. No refund or credit is provided for those packages.
If an item is out of stock
Orders containing several products where one or more are unavailable get split up. The in-stock pieces ship out, and the amount paid for the missing items goes back to your original payment method.
Timelines to expect
Transit typically runs 12–28 days.
